Salary: $152,000 - $190,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead federal customer engagements using hirify.global’s delivery models and methodologies.
• Develop tailored data governance strategies for federal agencies to drive mission outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with government security standards including FedRAMP, FISMA, and GovCloud.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to align with federal acquisition cycles.
• Identify opportunities for product expansion by aligning capabilities with agency mandates.
• Drive customer success and repeatable delivery excellence across the public sector.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship, residency on U.S. soil, and active security clearance (Secret/TS/TS-SCI) are mandatory.
• 5-10 years of consulting experience supporting U.S. federal agencies in Data Governance, Management, or Quality.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, and network-based API integration (REST/JSON).
• Proficiency in Linux CLI and big data technologies such as Spark and Hadoop.
• Ability to use Java, Python, or similar scripting languages for custom software implementations.
• Knowledge of data management processes including stewardship, MDM, and data cataloging.

• Located in the Washington, D.C. metro area.
• Experience with hirify.global or comparable data intelligence technologies.
• Familiarity with enterprise security solutions like LDAP or Kerberos.
