What you will do
- Lead a team of PMMs to execute GTM motions, pricing, and packaging strategies for DaaS offerings.
- Coordinate across product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align on priorities and KPIs.
- Develop customer storytelling rooted in USPs, behavioral insights, and competitive intelligence.
- Partner with Demand Generation and Sales to identify expansion opportunities and increase expansion MRR.
- Influence product roadmaps by transforming market insights into actionable value propositions.
- Mentor a high-performing team and integrate AI technologies into day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Must be based in Berlin (Hybrid)
- 8+ years of leadership experience in product marketing and business strategy within SaaS.
- Proven success in setting strategy for Product-Led Growth (PMLG) at scale.
- Extensive experience in creating and adapting product pricing and packaging strategies for B2B and B2C.
- Strong technical background and familiarity with product lifecycles and fundamentals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or UX Design; MBA preferred.
