Solutions Engineer (Digital Intelligence)

Location: Remote based in Sweden, supporting the Nordics region (travel of approximately 50–70%)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end discovery to understand investigative workflows, technical environments, and customer priorities.
• Translate requirements into solution architectures across on-prem, SaaS, and hybrid environments.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations, pilots, and proof-of-concepts for prospective customers.
• Partner with Account Executives to define account strategy and lead Technical Business Reviews (TBRs).
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless pre-sales to post-sales handovers.
• Represent the company at industry events and stay current on trends in cloud and AI.

Requirements

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Professional Services.
• Experience designing and delivering complex software solutions (on-prem, cloud, or hybrid).
• Experience working with law enforcement, public safety, or government customers.
• Solid technical foundation in Windows/Linux, networking, security, and cloud platforms.
• Fluency in English and Finnish is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Background in digital forensics, eDiscovery, or investigative workflows.
• Experience with AI or automation in operational environments.
• Exposure to Customer Success or Product organizations.
• Relevant certifications in cloud, security, or digital forensics.
