Senior Workday Consultant (ERP)

Location: Mexico City (Hybrid: requirement of working at least three days a week in the office)

What you will do

• Respond to client configuration requests and drive issue resolution within assigned Workday domains.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday support tickets in a timely and high-quality manner.
• Perform configuration changes, business process updates, and testing in Workday tenant environments.
• Document solutions, processes, and client-specific configurations clearly and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional AMS team members to support client delivery.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement or optimization for client accounts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience.
• English: Advanced level is a must.
• Spanish: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Location: Must be based in Mexico City to support a hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Workday.
• Prior internship or academic project experience with an ERP or HRIS platform (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Familiarity with ITSM concepts or ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Experience working in a consulting, professional services, or client-facing environment.
