What you will do

• Deliver detailed product presentations and live demonstrations of the full hirify.global portfolio to customers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to design integrated solutions tailored to the specific needs of the Japan market.
• Develop and execute market development strategies for municipal water supply and wastewater industrial segments.
• Build and maintain strong networks with EPCs, system integrators, and plant manufacturers.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to collaborate with global Product Management on new development.
• Lead technical training, seminars, and workshops for customers, channel partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Hydrology) or Business.
• 5–7 years of experience in water treatment, measurement instrumentation, or related industries.
• Strong expertise in municipal water and wastewater projects and plant processes.
• Proven experience working with system integrators, EPCs, or plant manufacturers.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
• Must be based in Tokyo or Osaka, Japan.
