What you will do

• Serve as the recognized domain expert for hirify.global Pay Front Office authorization and switching systems.
• Lead the development of C++ software solutions for real-time electronic payment processing and authorization.
• Translate complex business requirements into innovative and scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with WLP FO Architects to ensure architectural coherence and consistency of technical decisions.
• Guide and formally mentor junior and mid-level team members on technical and business challenges.
• Lead functional teams or projects within Agile environments in international settings.

Requirements

• Advanced C++ programming skills and deep knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Expertise in electronic payments, specifically in acquiring or issuing authorization systems.
• Proven ability to interpret complex stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Experience leading functional teams or projects in Agile environments.
• English: Excellent proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Aachen, Germany.
