What you will do

• Prepare invoice calculations and issue invoices to operators according to agreed timelines.
• Compile bonus reports and manage the promotions mailbox for invoicing.
• Review and post GAA invoices in accordance with contractual terms and accounting standards.
• Address and resolve billing disputes from operators and vendors.
• Conduct debtor follow-ups to support timely collections and reduce overdue balances.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for audit and internal control requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in billing, revenue accounting, or accounts receivable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle high-volume transactions accurately.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and finance systems.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Authorization to work in Poland on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
