What you will do

  • Manage renewal pipelines and negotiate contracts to ensure high retention rates and TCV growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for key stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations to maximize platform impact.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Execute efficient onboarding for new customers and deliver unique insights at every touchpoint.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally to drive product improvements and platform enhancements.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in MarTech or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of managing Books of Business against ARR targets and meeting renewal quotas.
  • Strong communication skills for articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • General understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, analytics, and CRM.
  • German language proficiency required.
  • Must be based in Poland.
