What you will do

• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions using ServiceNow AI agents and orchestration.
• Define architecture for AI-driven workflows, including agent boundaries and fallback mechanisms.
• Ensure governance, auditability, and control for AI-driven actions.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise workflows, data models, and systems.
• Identify automation opportunities and translate them into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to optimize AI processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience in solution design and architecture.
• 3+ years of proven experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) or Customer Success Management.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven solutions or workflow automation (Now Assist/AI agents preferred).
• Strong understanding of workflow design, automation patterns, and enterprise system integration.
• Experience designing governed automation including approvals and controls.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
