What you will do

• Manage a heavy workload of labor claims and conduct research to support company positions.
• Interpret collective bargaining agreements and handle labor claims conferences.
• Foster employee engagement within a heavily unionized workforce and build relationships with rail union leaders.
• Research and write position papers and formal briefs for grievance or discipline case appeals.
• Serve as a Board Member and present oral arguments at various arbitration forums.
• Act as lead negotiator for complex labor agreements and operational changes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Fort Worth, TX.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Postgraduate or law degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience, with 4-7 years of collective bargaining exposure.
• Superb writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical ability and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
