What you will do

• Design and develop agentic systems, machine learning models, and AI algorithms.
• Lead the implementation of scalable AI products deployed in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Oversee scalable data pipelines, including preprocessing, ingestion, and transformation.
• Guide model training, evaluation, tuning, and performance optimization.
• Integrate AI components into existing systems and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies to improve existing solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, pydantic-ai, strands, or Agent-ai.
• Solid knowledge of ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience in NLP, computer vision, or related AI domains.
• Polish language skills are required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP).
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Azure DevOps).
