What you will do

• Lead technical design and architecture for scalable and reliable AI systems.
• Mentor developers, AI engineers, and data scientists through code reviews and best practices.
• Own the cloud infrastructure strategy across AWS and GCP, focusing on cost optimization and security.
• Troubleshoot distributed systems to ensure high performance and optimal resource usage.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the technical stack.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI projects.
• Deep understanding of GenAI concepts, including Transformers, Pretraining, and Finetuning.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and making architectural decisions.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical strategies.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python and Bash.
• English: B2 level required.
