What you will do

• Define a multi-year vision for EMEA payments that anticipates merchant scale and ecosystem complexity.
• Lead engineering and design teams through the full product lifecycle, from initial development to general availability.
• Enforce rigorous standards for API design, system reliability, and product quality.
• Partner with sales and go-to-market teams to win enterprise deals and incorporate user feedback into the roadmap.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the regional payment landscape and manage key partner relationships.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with billing, checkout, and platform teams to ensure a cohesive user experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• Proven track record of shipping technical B2B2C products at high velocity.
• Deep understanding of or ability to quickly master the complex payments landscape.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on articulating user problems.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to solve complex problems from first principles.
• Must be located in or willing to work from Dublin or London.

• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in payment orchestration or payment processing.
