What you will do

• Design and maintain end-to-end MLOps pipelines for training, validation, and deployment of AI models used in oncology.
• Build and operate scalable ML infrastructure using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Implement CI/CD workflows for data, models, and code, including automated testing and environment promotion.
• Manage model and data versioning, experiment tracking, and lineage to ensure reproducibility and auditability.
• Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting for model performance, data drift, and system health.
• Collaborate with biostatisticians and bioinformatics scientists to translate experimental workflows into production-grade services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of relevant job-related experience in MLOps or software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one major ML framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and major cloud platforms supporting ML workloads.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in life sciences or molecular diagnostics, specifically cancer diagnostics.
• Expertise in data mining within healthcare settings to generate insights from routinely collected data.
• Scientific understanding of cancer biology.
