What you will do

• Lead end-to-end CRM implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Provide expert guidance on CRM best practices, system capabilities, and industry trends.
• Conduct user training, workshops, and UAT sessions to ensure successful adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Business Units, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong expertise in CRM business processes, with a mandatory focus on Sales.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and lead implementations.
• Experience with workflows, business process flows, security roles, and entity customizations.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Expertise in customer service and marketing automation.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
