What you will do

• Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, and IT teams to translate business requirements into executable technical strategies.
• Lead the design and development of end-to-end IT solutions including MES, ERP, and shop floor automation.
• Define integration opportunities, select tools, and establish data-flow standards across the enterprise.
• Develop and maintain IT design methodologies, technology standards, and best practices.
• Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with enterprise architecture principles.
• Act as a trusted advisor on emerging technologies like IoT, AI, and cloud computing in a manufacturing context.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in an architect role working with complex, enterprise-level system implementations.
• Strong experience with enterprise information systems such as ERP (Oracle, SAP), MES (Siemens Opcenter), or SCADA (AVEVA).
• Proven expertise in manufacturing, labeling, accounting, planning, and quality systems design.
• Experience in highly regulated environments, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Must be able to work onsite at the Valencia Plant, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and edge computing.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with smart factory initiatives and Industry 4.0 technologies.
