What you will do

• Support the harmonization of business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Gather information from various data sources and create detailed process maps to identify system problem areas.
• Apply analytical rigor and a data-driven approach to assess current states and develop alternatives.
• Design analytical plans and develop hypotheses to generate practical business insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and internal leadership to synthesize divergent viewpoints into action plans.
• Execute plans and provide regular progress updates to project leads and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or a similar field of study.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Ability to work onsite at the Carmel Headquarters location.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
