Industry Insight Associate Manager (CPG)

What you will do

• Deliver performance overviews, business issue analyses, consulting services, and actionable insights for Consumer-Packaged Goods clients across Taiwan and Asia.
• Use NIQ software and data sets to conduct advanced analytics and teach clients and junior analysts.
• Identify commercial opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to support business growth.
• Coach and manage insight associates within the assigned industry and regional cluster.
• Own category review presentations and coordinate with Consulting on briefings, reviews, and workforce allocation.
• Lead thought leadership output and collaborate with Consulting and Customer Support to improve customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business.
• 5+ years of experience, preferably in analytics, insights, or market research.
• Knowledge of the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing people and developing talent, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of research techniques and methodologies.
• Experience in Retail Measurement and Consumer Panel.
