What you will do

• Assemble and test electronic assemblies to a high standard according to procedures and drawings.
• Maintain concise and accurate test and production records.
• Support the production Engineering Team with the validation of assembly and test processes.
• Assist in the training of production operators.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment in compliance with safety legislation.
• Collaborate across department functions to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• PC literacy with proficiency in Excel and Word.
• GCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in a product manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of PCB assembly and fault finding.
• Ability to solder to J-STD-001 and inspect to IPC 610 class 3.
• Knowledge of IPC and ISO Standards.
