Clinical Marketing & Education Manager (Medtech): Driving clinical marketing communication and training strategies to enable marketing and commercial teams to drive HCP awareness, guidance, and support, creating a strong partnership with a KOL network with an accent on training strategy development and sales enablement. Focus on organizing scalable market development events and supporting clinical and economic evidence generation.

What you will do

  • Define and perform a comprehensive training strategy for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with global marketing and communication teams to develop launch materials based on product literature and medical evidence.
  • Organize and execute webinars, case observations, roadshows, and peer-to-peer programs to enhance market development.
  • Identify and build a strong KOL Network to advance the standard of care and new guidelines.
  • Support Clinical and economic Evidence generation & dissemination.
  • Contribute to R&D for Product development and clinical input relating to products and indications.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of total experience preferably 5 years of marketing experience in a medical device, surgical or pharma Company.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
  • Superior verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%, including internationally.
  • Medical, clinical background is required.
  • Fluent English is required, spoken & written.
