What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle for observability platforms from concept to delivery.
• Define the vision for anomaly detection, tracing, and visibility systems to accelerate incident recovery.
• Partner with engineers and SREs to identify reliability pain points and prioritize impactful solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate ML/AI techniques into monitoring workflows.
• Define and track key metrics to measure platform impact and operational risk.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be willing to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand.
• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of technical experience in observability, reliability, or production excellence domains.
• Proven ability to define strategy and manage complex, cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with experience using SQL and metrics to support decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
