What you will do

• Manage the entire product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with a team of experts in business travel and call center technology.
• Own the strategy, planning, and development of projects.
• Work with senior management on product strategy and development.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers on application features.
• Write product specifications.

Requirements

• Excellent in English, both written and oral form
• Programming, database, or IT technical design background.
• 1-2 years of experience as a product owner.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Solid understanding and experience using metrics to improve a product.
• Solid grasp of UX principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience in communicating with all relevant parties through usual mechanisms.
• Experience in customer support technologies.
