What you will do

• Lead the SEA product roadmap and vision to ensure local relevance across target markets.
• Identify high-impact product opportunities using qualitative and quantitative regional insights.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Engineering to integrate SEA priorities into global roadmaps.
• Advocate for localized UX, including onboarding flows, payment preferences, and content.
• Translate complex user needs across diverse markets into measurable product initiatives.
• Drive product readiness and market entry plans for high-growth SEA regions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management and owning product strategy.
• Proven track record of shipping products in Southeast Asia or similar emerging markets.
• Experience in B2C environments with a focus on user engagement and growth.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and build alignment across global stakeholders.
• Strong first-principles thinking and comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Must be based in or have work authorization for Thailand, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, or Indonesia.
