What you will do

• Define and execute regional product strategy for Gut Health portfolio in APAC.
• Manage product lifecycle, including planning, launch, and optimization.
• Translate global strategies into regional and country execution plans.
• Establish product positioning, value propositions, and core messages by species.
• Provide product and technical guidance to country teams and distributors; support commercial performance via pricing, demand planning, and market analysis.
• Collaborate with global, regional, and local stakeholders; monitor market trends, competition, and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Nutrition, Biology, or related life science; Master’s preferred.
• 8–12 years progressive experience in product management, technical marketing, or commercial leadership in animal nutrition, health, or feed additives.
• Solid knowledge of animal nutrition, gut health, and product management; ability to translate scientific data into commercial strategies.
• Experience operating at regional or global level in matrix organizations with cross-functional leadership.
• Deep understanding of gut health solutions across Poultry, Swine, Ruminant, and/or Aqua segments preferred.
