Product Manager, Gut Health (Animal Nutrition)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand and across APAC; candidates may be based in their home country within APAC

What you will do

• Define and execute the regional product strategy for the Gut Health portfolio across APAC.
• Manage product lifecycle activities, including planning, launches, and portfolio optimization.
• Translate global product strategies into regional and country execution plans.
• Develop product positioning, value propositions, and core messages for different animal species.
• Provide product and technical guidance to country teams and distributors while supporting pricing, demand planning, and market analysis.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments while collaborating with global, regional, and local stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Nutrition, Biology, or a related life science discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in product management, technical marketing, or commercial leadership within animal nutrition, animal health, or feed additives.
• Strong knowledge of animal nutrition, gut health concepts, and product management principles.
• Ability to interpret scientific data and apply technical knowledge to regional commercial and strategic activities.
• Experience operating at regional or global level in matrix organizations with cross-functional leadership.
• Must be based in an APAC home country or be open to consideration across APAC.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience with gut health solutions across poultry, swine, ruminant, and/or aqua segments.
