What you will do
- Lead and manage end-to-end cybersecurity evaluation projects from planning to closure.
- Coordinate daily tasks for evaluators and optimize workload distribution across multiple projects.
- Analyze technical documentation including security targets, functional specifications, and source code.
- Perform penetration testing and security assessments on hardware and software devices.
- Prepare detailed technical evaluation reports for internal teams and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different international locations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar cybersecurity role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (clear technical communication required).
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Linux and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
- Familiarity with network penetration testing tools (Nmap, Metasploit, Wireshark, Netcat).
- Strong understanding of IT architectures including hardware, software, and networks.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of security frameworks like ISO 27000 or GDPR.
- Certifications such as CEH, OSCP, or PMP.
