What you will do

  • Develop strategic plans to improve conversion and sales results across short, mid, and long terms.
  • Manage the complete buyer journey from traffic generation to lower-funnel digital conversion.
  • Execute end-to-end tactical sales marketing campaigns using SEA, programmatic advertising, and social media.
  • Optimize web pages for SEO and customer experience to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
  • Monitor full-funnel performance from click to sale using Adobe Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Identify and share best practices for traffic generation and conversion across different product squads.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Digital Sales or Performance Marketing Expert.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEA, and programmatic advertising.
  • Proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics) for funnel analysis and monitoring.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend for performance.
  • Ability to create and manage retargeting audiences using DMP solutions.
