Location: Hybrid (London), requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of engineers, organizing workloads, tracking project plans, and communicating status to stakeholders.
• Design and implement technical architectures for robust, high-performance, and scalable infrastructure systems.
• Execute hands-on automation across AWS and Azure environments using Terraform, Python, and Ansible.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning solutions.
• Implement Disaster Recovery automation and lead regular HA/DR tests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships for hardware and software services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in cloud operations and automation, including 4+ years focused on AWS.
• Proven experience leading an engineering team of 5 or more people.
• Strong proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Python, and Bash.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Must be based in London to support a hybrid working model with flexibility to increase office attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure cloud environments.
• Exposure to ITSM platforms and capacity planning tooling.
• Experience in Disaster Recovery design and automation.
