is a profitable fintech platform providing business credit cards and spend management tools to over 200,000 small businesses.
What you will do
- Design, build, and monitor scalable systems to ensure platform reliability and performance.
- Automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows to reduce toil and boost productivity.
- Manage and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs to guide feature launches and maintain service health.
- Collaborate with the Banking and Repayments team to support payment and card system architecture.
- Lead incident troubleshooting to safeguard the customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to London for 2 days per week in the office.
- Experience managing public cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure.
- Proficiency in IaC technologies such as Terraform or Pulumi.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux systems.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, or Go).
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Octopus, or Flux.
Nice to have
- Experience with Datadog or similar cloud monitoring solutions.
- Background in financial services or high-load payment systems.
