What you will do

• Design, build, and monitor scalable systems to ensure platform reliability and performance.
• Automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows to reduce toil and boost productivity.
• Manage and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs to guide feature launches and maintain service health.
• Collaborate with the Banking and Repayments team to support payment and card system architecture.
• Lead incident troubleshooting to safeguard the customer experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to London for 2 days per week in the office.
• Experience managing public cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure.
• Proficiency in IaC technologies such as Terraform or Pulumi.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux systems.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, or Go).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Octopus, or Flux.

Nice to have

• Experience with Datadog or similar cloud monitoring solutions.
• Background in financial services or high-load payment systems.
