What you will do
- Architect and own a repeatable GTM outbound sales motion, including segmentation and CRM workflows.
- Lead, coach, and manage the CSM team in China, focusing on KPIs and extreme ownership.
- Personally drive Tier-1 deals from discovery to signed integration with top mobile game publishers.
- Create a tight feedback loop between the market and Product/Engineering teams to align the roadmap.
- Implement strategic initiatives such as referral systems and AI-driven global sync tools.
- Define operational rituals, including qualification standards, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting.
Requirements
- Proven track record in full-cycle enterprise sales and managing teams of 2-5 people.
- Experience building outbound engines from scratch (A/B testing, sequencing).
- Ability to communicate complex product ROI to Monetization and LiveOps leaders.
- Experience leading multi-geo teams (e.g., Berlin, China, Israel).
- Strong operational rigor and proficiency in CRM data and AI performance tools.
- Must be based in Beijing (Hybrid).
