What you will do
- Establish and manage a network of top-tier content creators and social media influencers in China.
- Develop long-term partnerships and negotiate contracts, fees, and performance expectations.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and PR teams to execute engagement and brand awareness campaigns.
- Define performance goals, track conversions, and analyze KPIs to optimize influencer strategies.
- Manage the influencer marketing budget for the China region, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Stay updated on regional social media trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, specifically working with streamers and gaming influencers.
- Deep knowledge of gaming influencers across Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Fluent in Chinese and English.
- Proven experience in setting clear goals and managing agencies from RFP through execution.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Must be based in Beijing, China for on-site work.

- Experience with affiliate marketing and influencer gifting programs.
