What you will do

• Develop and evolve the full suite of integration tools, including sandboxes, emulators, and developer hubs.
• Govern developer portals to ensure API documentation, SDKs, and certification materials remain accurate and intuitive.
• Establish and track developer experience outcomes using adoption insights and journey analytics.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and architecture teams to simplify integration journeys.
• Ensure seamless connectivity with third-party platforms like ECRs, carts, and ERPs.
• Partner with security, legal, and compliance teams to implement AI governance and risk controls for agentic commerce.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or Product Operations within high-growth tech or fintech.
• Proven success in global, cross-regional operations across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Strong understanding of developer portal operations, API documentation quality, and sandbox tooling.
• Experience with product management and data tools such as Jira, Aha!, Confluence, Looker, or Tableau.
• Working knowledge of AI governance, security, privacy, and authentication patterns for APIs.
• Ability to translate market trends and commercial priorities into clear product direction.
