What you will do

• Own project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure realistic and visible delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams day-to-day, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, building relationships based on trust and transparency.
• Translate technical progress into clear, accessible updates for business and marketing stakeholders.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to accelerate planning, drafting communication, and managing complexity.
• Proactively manage risks, blockers, and trade-offs, escalating issues for decision-making when necessary.

Requirements

• Medior to senior experience in digital project management delivering software, web, or app projects in agile environments.
• Foundational knowledge of application and web development to effectively challenge and track technical progress.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Ghent region (Belgium) for weekly on-site client contact.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and deadlines.
• High emotional intelligence and confidence in client-facing roles.

• Experience with or interest in cloud technologies and infrastructure.
