What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of projects from problem identification to shipped impact for millions of daily active users.
• Influence the product roadmap by bringing data-backed ideas and challenging existing assumptions.
• Perform deep-dive data analysis using tools like Amplitude, Hex, and Looker to uncover actionable insights.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and business development teams to align on goals and execute launches.
• Make independent decisions and take high-conviction bets to solve complex product problems.

Requirements

• Strong founder mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and hands-on experience with product analytics tools.
• Proven track record of driving measurable impact and shipping products.
• Ability to prioritize critical tasks and maintain a strong bias for action.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Berlin
