TL;DR

Growth Product Owner (SaaS): Leading the growth roadmap to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and monetization for a productivity platform with an accent on product-led growth (PLG) and experimentation. Focus on optimizing user journeys, reducing friction in activation, and implementing data-driven hypotheses to drive retention.

Location: Must be based in and have the right to work in Germany. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not provided.

What you will do

  • Own and maintain the Growth roadmap, balancing short-term optimization with long-term product investments.
  • Optimize key user journeys across activation, engagement, monetization, retention, and expansion.
  • Manage a structured experimentation backlog, defining hypotheses, success metrics, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Improve onboarding experiences and lifecycle journeys to drive habit formation and long-term value.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Revenue teams to align priorities and KPIs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Growth within SaaS environments.
  • Strong expertise in experimentation methodologies, A/B testing, and growth analytics.
  • Proven track record of owning product initiatives that delivered measurable business impact.
  • Advanced analytical skills focused on activation, conversion, engagement, and retention metrics.
  • Must have the right to work in Germany.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, GrowthBook, or GA4.
  • Background in subscription-based businesses or marketplaces.
  • Experience with pricing, packaging, or monetization initiatives.
