Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warsaw, or Łódź (3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 900-1200 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices for credit data sourcing.
• Build and optimize complex data flows and integrations between multiple systems.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Analyze incidents, perform root cause investigations, and support production environments.
• Ensure high code quality via testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Java development and microservices architectures.
• Strong understanding of data flows, data sourcing, and integration-heavy environments.
• Ability to analyze end-to-end processes across interconnected systems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for refining requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Angular or React.
• Knowledge of credit risk, banking systems, or financial services.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
