What you will do

• Develop and maintain fintech solutions for international banking clients.
• Improve and redesign technical tools within the existing ecosystem.
• Upgrade system components to increase development team productivity.
• Collaborate on building and scaling microservices architecture.
• Ensure high-quality API design and database performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in Java 8, 17, or 21.
• Strong experience with Spring, Hibernate, and Maven.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Higher technical education degree.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Apache Kafka.
• Strong communication skills for international collaboration.
