What you will do

• Define and maintain QA standards, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiency and high quality.
• Collaborate with production to allocate resources, balance workloads, and manage time-off requests.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for QA testers, including interviews and onboarding.
• Provide mentoring and training to team members to support their skill and performance development.
• Oversee testing equipment tracking and maintain comprehensive test plan documentation.
• Coordinate with developers and production to execute KPIs and handle client meetings as needed.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• 5+ years of proven QA leadership experience with a strong foundation in testing.
• Experience in Live Operations and games-as-a-service (GaaS) throughout the full development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in JIRA or similar bug tracking and test case management software.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
