What you will do

• Lead strategic QA initiatives to ensure scope, timelines, and quality objectives are met across multiple projects.
• Implement standardized testing KPIs, reporting metrics, and QA processes across the studio.
• Drive the adoption of automation and AI-driven testing workflows while mentoring team members.
• Collaborate with internal and external QA partners to build action plans and improve end-to-end pipelines.
• Manage external QA budgets and ensure operational efficiency across distributed teams.
• Act as the main Central QA point of contact for release quality and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of QA experience in a game development environment with proven management experience.
• Proven experience working on games as a live service.
• Strong knowledge of project management, software development methodologies, and QA best practices.
• Experience with DevOps QA and/or LiveOps QA.
• Proficiency with JIRA, TestRail, and build distribution management systems.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex projects in a central capacity.
