What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a multilingual team of LQA testers.
• Develop and implement LQA test plans, workflows, and best practices.
• Oversee linguistic, functional, and cosmetic testing of localized content.
• Ensure linguistic consistency, cultural appropriateness, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding LQA processes.
• Manage resource allocation, project schedules, and progress reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in LQA or localization, including leadership or coordination roles.
• Proficiency with LQA tools, TMS, and bug-tracking software (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of linguistic nuances and cultural differences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, or Localization preferred.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines (On-site)

Nice to have

• Experience in game, software, or app localization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with automation tools for LQA.
