What you will do

• Lead the studio's QA function and define the strategic vision and quality culture across the development lifecycle.
• Establish standards, processes, and testing methodologies for a mobile F2P title to ensure polish and compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Art, and Production to embed quality from early planning to live operations.
• Coordinate resource allocation and testing coverage across internal teams, multiple time zones, and external QA partners.
• Oversee functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, and drive the adoption of automated testing.
• Provide risk assessments, QA metrics, and go/no-go recommendations for release cycles and platform submissions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Leamington Spa, UK.
• Proven leadership experience in QA within the mobile or free-to-play (F2P) gaming space.
• Expertise in software testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance) and scaling automated frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira and TestRail, including reporting via Power BI or Excel.
• Deep knowledge of certification requirements for Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Strong ability to mentor emerging leads and manage external testing partnerships.
