What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain gameplay and technical systems using C++ and Unreal Engine.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement features that support gameplay and content creation.
• Work within large existing codebases while maintaining high standards of code quality and maintainability.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues through effective debugging.
• Optimize systems and workflows to improve game performance, stability, and scalability.
• Contribute to technical decision-making and long-term project goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional game development and C++ programming experience.
• Experience shipping at least one AA or AAA console title.
• Recent professional experience working within Unreal Engine development environments.
• Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, build engineering, or DevOps workflows.
• Experience supporting live-service or post-launch products.
• Experience contributing to technical architecture and long-term engineering planning.
