What you will do

• Design retail campaigns ranging from aisle fins to large-scale carpark takeovers.
• Refine and define the shopper marketing toolkit to maintain brand consistency and effectiveness.
• Develop engaging and creative pitch decks to support the sales team in acquiring new retailers.
• Collaborate with the B2B team to create brand activations for trade shows.
• Deliver a suite of digital assets to enhance retail e-commerce platforms.
• Support the development of limited edition packaging for nationwide store rollouts.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of design experience with a strong portfolio in Retail or B2B spaces.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Experience designing for experiential environments and visual storytelling in physical spaces.
• Ability to work seamlessly across both print and digital mediums.
• Must be based in Australia to align with the global creative team.
• Proven ability to translate creative briefs into practical, commercially impactful design solutions.
