What you will do

• Manage design projects from start to finish, collaborating with junior and senior designers on asset creation.
• Develop and pitch creative design concepts with clear rationales to influence clients.
• Create and repurpose content across multiple platforms using global toolkits.
• Perform retouching, lock-up design, layout, and illustration.
• Act as a brand guardian to ensure all assets are consumer-first and align with brand guidelines.
• Monitor industry trends in branding and marketing to maintain creative excellence.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in digital, motion graphics, artwork, print, and POS.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience with After Effects and Premiere for motion graphics and storyboarding.
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and responsive design across digital platforms.
• Ability to prepare files for both print and web with rigorous pre-production checks.
• Location: Must be based in Johannesburg, South Africa
