What you will do

• Research and write SEO-focused landing pages, articles, guides, and blog posts based on editorial briefs.
• Conduct keyword research and incorporate target keywords naturally into content.
• Optimize articles for on-page SEO, including headings, metadata, internal linking, and AEO optimization.
• Fact-check content and cite credible sources to maintain authority.
• Update and refresh existing content to improve search rankings and traffic performance.
• Collaborate with SEO stakeholders to refine and execute the content strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional content writing experience.
• Demonstrated success in creating SEO-driven content that ranks in organic search.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, and topical authority.
• Experience writing about careers, recruiting, workplace trends, leadership, or business topics.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Google Search Console.
• Ability to write in a clear, authoritative, and engaging style while working independently.
