What you will do

• Create user-centered content for websites, mobile apps, email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise customer-facing copy.
• Develop content strategies to improve usability, engagement, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers.
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice, editorial standards, and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, or Digital Content Strategy.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design and omnichannel content strategy.
• Proficiency with Figma, SEMrush, and Microsoft Word.
• Experience with AP Style and editorial style guides.
• Portfolio showcasing UX Writing or Content Design work is mandatory.

Nice to have

• UX Writing or Content Design certification.
• Experience with design systems and content management systems (CMS).
• Background in financial services, banking, or insurance industries.
