Application Architect (Mainframe)

What you will do

• Define, assess, and prioritize modernization roadmaps while evaluating cost and risk.
• Design cutting-edge software frameworks, systems, and business application prototypes to set industry standards.
• Provide technical leadership to application development teams, performing design and code reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure architecture is aligned with business requirements and goals.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for software architecture, design processes, and component integration.

Requirements

• Architectural experience leading large-scale customer change and transformation projects.
• In-depth knowledge of hardware and software, including connectivity between various platforms.
• Experience: More than 5 years of professional service.

Nice to have

• The Open Group - Master Certified Architect (or equivalent).
• Prior hands-on experience working in a mainframe environment.
• Experience in mainframe project types: Modernize On, Integrate With, and Move Off.
