What you will do

• Prepare and deliver reagent solutions to filling rooms while ensuring product integrity and quality.
• Monitor chemical availability and coordinate special equipment for media preparation.
• Maintain detailed documentation and SOP compliance for the manufacturing process.
• Ensure lab cleanliness and perform sterilization and calibration of equipment.
• Collaborate with R&D and Engineering to resolve product issues and validate new vendors.
• Provide training and guidance to new hires.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of cGMP and aseptic techniques required.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Camarillo, CA.
