What you will do

• Support R&D Compound Management through daily laboratory and inventory operations.
• Perform GC-MS analysis and automated liquid handling activities.
• Program, operate, and troubleshoot automated liquid handling systems.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date scientific databases and records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to understand and support project needs.
• Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a scientific discipline with 1+ year of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Princeton, NJ.
• Experience with data analysis and SQL.
• Familiarity with databases, information workflows, and basic programming concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting laboratory instruments, automation systems, or software applications.
• Industrial or academic laboratory research experience preferred.
