Credit Line Growth Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design and deliver training, onboarding programs, tools, and sales collateral for internal teams, partners, and store advisors.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify knowledge gaps and improve commercial productivity.
• Channel commercial needs to operations, product, support, and training teams, and follow up on incidents.
• Maintain structured field feedback, document findings, prioritize inputs, and propose improvements to recurring friction points.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs at scale, measure the ROI of initiatives and promotions, and present actionable reports to decision-makers.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong organization, communication, relationship-building, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets and propose data-driven improvements.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite, including Sheets, Slides, Docs, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Experience in finance or a startup environment.
