What you will do

• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for strategic accounts to drive platform adoption.
• Act as the primary technical lead for onboarding, enablement, and production go-live of Databricks workloads.
• Develop execution plans covering user growth, product adoption, and cloud cost optimization.
• Coordinate with Professional Services to deliver engagement proposals and accelerate production timelines.
• Provide KPI reporting on usage and customer health to technical leadership.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to navigate innovations and private previews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery within the Data and AI domain.
• Programming proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as technical architecture, pre-sales, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
